Intro
My name is Tom Pechacek. I’ve decided to run because I believe my 30 years in city government, affords me the valued experience of what and what not to do when running a municipality. Also, I feel my strong conservative ethos will help me bring the best to the City of Hartford by making good sound decisions for our community.
